CARTRIDGE DUSTMASTERS
Cartridge Dustmasters are designed for continuous operation even during the cleaning cycle. High efficiency ensures separation of even very fine, sticky and health hazardous dusts in the metal, synthetic material, chemical and pharmaceutical industry.
Options:
- Inlet adapter: to connect the inlet on different pipe diameters (Ø 224, 250, 280, 315, 355, 400 mm)
- Outlet with grill (standard): or with elbow and/or with silencer
- Switchboxes: direct-in without ‘0’ or direct-in without ‘0’ with relay; 2.2, 3 or 4 kW
- Pressure difference gauge: indication of the pressure downfall over the filter cartridge (filter pollution)
- Pressure differential switch: for adjustment of the pulse time and interval time, dependent on the maximum allowable pressure downfall
- Transition funnel with flange: for connecting a rotary valve
- Mounting frame: for mounting on a bunker or silo as a venting filter
- Outdoor installation: weather hood and moisture resistant cartridges
- HEPA filter
- Active carbon filter
